Project Development Officer
Work Location: Bukidnon

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the management of the Bubunawan Project at the site level to ensure the attainment of objectives covering areas such as land property rights, legal and regulatory compliance, site safety and security, facilities maintenance, accuracy and completeness of documents on file, e.g. maps, design drawings, land contracts, among others.
Develop site-specific strategic plans that are aligned with the overall business strategy, and execute the strategic plans.
Collaborate with intra- and inter-department teams and subject matter experts in resolving site specific issues.

Qualification Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
At least 7 years of experience leading a team in business development, project development, or operations & maintenance of facilities.
With experience in managing service providers and the related contracts for facilities maintenance and security
With experience in dealing with stakeholders such as LGUs, regulatory agencies, and land owners, while maintaining good relationship with the stakeholders
Excellent written and oral English communication
