Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, detailing, specifying, and tendering for the projects
- Liaise with client to handle all design issues
- Ensuring all design is comply with local authorities’ code
- Providing guidance and training to junior architects and architectural designer as needed
- Working closely with other disciplines
- Assisting and administering Architectural sub-contractor contracts and site personnel as needed
- Other related tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related positions
- Skills of 3-Dimensional Architectural Rendering Capabilities
- Be able to communicate clearly on architectural matters
- Good command of English communication
