As the Senior Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
• Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Requirements to be considered for the Senior Site Manager role:

• A minimum of 6 years Site Management experience delivering fit out and Refurbishments projects over the value of 8 million dollars
• Drive and focus for career progression
• Broad knowledge of OH&S
• Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
