About the Role
The client is a national D&C firm specialising in a range of construction projects of varied sizes, predominantly across fit-out & refurbishment. This fast-paced and agile team is passionate about their reputation as well as giving back.
Due to the previous incumbent moving on from the role after a few years, the opportunity to work alongside a leading, female CEO as her true right-hand is yours for the taking. You will be depended on as her go-to as well as support their wider team in their funky, inner-city office. Learn from a lady who is truly at the top of her game!
You will work across tasks such as;
About You
For fulfilment of this role you will be true one of a kind candidate, the right attitude and personality is paramount to your success! You will possess;
The successful candidate will benefit from a remuneration package upwards of $100-110 + superannuation, with an annual review and discretionary bonus also (experience & person dependent!).

You will work across tasks such as;
- Heavy diary & email management
- Events coordination & management ranging in size for the team around you and expanding to large-scale client events
- Preparation of board presentations and paperwork, attending meetings and creating minutes
- Marketing assistance including working across large-scale construction tenders
- Expenses and other financial administration
- Travel coordination & booking
- Adhoc personal tasks such as assisting across school requirements, personal shopping, etc
About You
For fulfilment of this role you will be true one of a kind candidate, the right attitude and personality is paramount to your success! You will possess;
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working win a similar role
- Experience in the construction or property industry preferred but not a must
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline OR relative experience
- You will be creative and have out-side-the-box thinking
- You will be organised to the max and able to jump across multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fantastic presentation
- A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner
