The client is currently recruiting for the position of Rentals and Requisitioning Co-ordinator Well Operations, based in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities:
* Review manual paper requisition requests prior to input in Company System
* Creation of requisitions in Company System to procure Materials, Rentals, Services
* Maintain existing requisitions in Company System where changes have been requested after original creation
* Liase with Contracts Specialists to ensure alignment between materials and services
* Initiate requirement for new vendors to be set up in Company System
* Creation of Stock Reservations to assign company's owned Materials to an identified Project
* Maintain Vendor lists for Requisitions / Purchase Orders
* Liaise with Procurement Department / Engineers / Vendors on a daily basis to ensure P.O creation / approval
* Ensure correct contract[s] are assigned to the relevant requisitions
Experience & Qualifications:
* Knowledge & Understanding of Supply Chain Processes
* SAP/Maximo Experience
* Good Microsoft Office Skills
* Strong communication skills and proven ability to interface with both internal and external clients at all levels.
* Interpersonal skills that result in teamwork, influence, trust and strong relationships.
* Reporting and analytical skills
* Demonstrate ability to prioritise workload to meet required deadlines
