Commercial Manager / Australia

The client is one of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, retail and industrial projects. They are active across all states with a wide variety of commercial projects up to $1BN in value.

This established organization has a rare opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join their team and lead their Contracts Administrators across their entire portfolio of projects. 

As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leadership of commercial, contractual and financial aspect of the project
• Upstream management of the head contract with the client
• Champion the proactive management of resolving risks 
• Work with projects team on potential upstream claims 

To be considered for the position of Commercial Manager you will require:

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law or Construction Management
• Supportive mindset and willingness to work with the whole project team increase commercial knowhow 
• 10+ years experience in the construction industry
• Ideally experienced on commercial construction projects
• Experience working on $500M + projects
