Principal Civil Engineer / Australia

This multi-national organisation is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer who has extensive experience leading a team and managing major urban projects across the commercial, industrial, health and education sectors.

You will have demonstrated experience in identifying and promoting business growth within the civil market including increasing brand awareness and developing client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years experience working in urban renewal/regeneration projects
• established experience managing the design and delivery process on major civil  projects 
• demonstrated people management experience 
• Strong technical capabilities across stormwater design 
• Confident in client facing roles and leading projects, liaising with internal disciplines and external consultants 
• 12D and DRAINS experience is a must, TUFLOW and Civil3D are ideal but not essential  
• Bonus points for any defence experience 
• Tertiary qualifications in engineering or an equivalent
