Construction Manager | Tier 3 Builder | Salary up to $250k / Australia

The client has been successfully operating over 20 years in Commercial, Industrial and Retail sectors. As the Construction Manager you will be directly reporting to the Directors

• Oversee and manage the construction division, looking after 4-6 projects, each with full time site manager & safety office.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop the construction team
• Foster internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Ensure all projects are delivered safely and to a high standard
• Work closely with the Directors to continue the success and growth of the company
• Ensure staff performance is maintained at the company standard
• Maintain existing healthy pipeline of  their current $50m + turnover

Requirements to be considered for the Construction Manager role:

• Proven track record as a trusted Site Manger or Construction Manager with a trades background.
• The ability to deliver excellent client service
• Successfully delivered $40m + Commercial Construction projects
• Focus on quality of construction and exceptional customer service
• Management of site resources both human and equipment
• Leadership and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of computer literacy and exceptional understanding of commercial construction software
• Honesty, integrity and positive attitude
