Director Regional Sales the client is one of the fastest growing companies in the solar industry worldwide. For their office in Munich (Hybrid) they are seeking a Director of Regional sales to lead an experienced multinational sales team for their fast growing residential, commercial, and industrial segment in line with our Company business strategy and marketing plans in Europe. Responsibilities* Develop sales strategies for our fast-growing residential, commercial and industrial market business,translate these strategies into tangible KPIs and measure performance against targets* Lead the +10 experienced, multi-national sales managers to achieve their sales targets while ensuring a highcustomer satisfaction* Maintain a close relationship with existing key customers and develop relationships with potential newcustomers* Identify and materialize new business opportunities to further accelerate the growth of the dedicatedbusiness areas* Develop and execute a relevant pricing strategy for the respective business* Strong collaboration with the Sales Operations and Planning teams to ensure product availability and timelydelivery* Shape the strategy of the overall EMEA organization as an active member of the EMEA management team* Forecast sales volumes for all products/services/channels in the residential, commercial and industrialmarket* Create brand awareness and demand for company products* Active participation in international fairs and industry relevant congresses* Manage company risks involved in sales process QUALIFICATIONS* Degree in Business Administration, preferably on master level* WELL CONNECTED in the field of solar business with at least 10 years of work experience in sales leadershippositions* Good technical skills of modules as well of inverters* Experience with value selling and designing sales penetration strategy/plans* Familiar with the pursuing interests of the players in the different solar sectors (distributor, medium and bigsized installers)* High proficiency of MS Office applications and CRM tool (e. g.
