The highly valued Oil and Gas client is seeking to add a ERP Functional Ananlyst to their team to support the Materials Management and Logistics (MML) and Master Data Management (MDM) workstreams! This is a long term contract position available for candidates in Calgary, AB or Toronto, ON. Monday - Friday 40/hr work week with a hybrid schedule available.
What You Will Do:
• Provide process and systems solutions to business functional requirements.
• Work across the SCM workstreams and other ERP workstreams, with multiple stakeholders to influence and provide solutions for an enterprise design that leverages the enterprise unify solution.
• Guide and influence cross enterprise stakeholders in the understanding, acceptance and deployment of the enterprise processes and systems.
• Provide leadership in the development and delivery of SCM processes, ERP systems detailed design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment within SCM MDM and across workstreams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, other SCM workstreams, and other ERP transformation groups to understand their requirements and incorporating those requirements into the specifically assigned SCM processes.
• Participate and provide feedback to the functional requirements for the detailed design and systems configuration of the associated applications and interfaces.
• Liaise with internal project and business partners to gain acceptance and alignment amongst key stakeholders.
• Ensure processes and functions are compliant with business, regulatory and government requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and influence internal stakeholders on the benefits of the proposed solutions.
• Enhance training when required and support the conduct and support the training sessions as a part of the roll-out process of new changes to the stakeholders of the identified processes
• Work extensively with third party System Integrator during various phases of project to achieve project deliverables.
• Provide general process and procedural support as requested
• Support and sponsors the ERP project guiding principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while simplifying and navigation complex issues
Who You Are:
• University degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• Supply Chain Management professional with a professional designation and/or a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA would be an asset
• A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive responsibility and related experience in the SCM field, preferably experience across multiple SCM capabilities including category management, operations, major projects, materials management, contracts and P2P.
• Direct/indirect experience with the legal, accounting, tax, risk, financial controls, and consultant support groups, as they pertain to the supply chain management functions.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud strongly preferred.
• Experience in the utilities sector is considered an asset.
• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and successfully deliver results to meet project timelines.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing and leadership skills.
• Verbal and written communication typically consists of developing and presenting project materials, leading workshops, coaching, mentoring, motivating, and ensuring objectives are met.
• Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, lead and manage change.
• Ability to think logically and to document processes, assess gaps as to Company or industry best practices and document accordingly
• Proven critical thinking capabilities (analytical, gathering information, collecting data, escalating problems with recommended solutions, foresee barriers and recommends ways to remove them).
• Capability to function well within a multiple-project environment within a team, lead a team or independently to meet required milestones or deadlines
• Strong presentation capabilities
• Poise and credibility in interfacing frequently with internal and external customers and the associated support groups
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence direction and results in overcoming resistance to change
• Mature facilitation skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work as a team player in a multiple team environment
• Must be a great teammate and able to work with OCM counterparts, and other Functional Organizational Change Specialists
• Prior experience on change initiatives, preferably systems and process changes
•Ability to quickly synthesis and package information with a variety of end users in mind
• Problem-Solving Skills - ability to able to think creatively and resolve problems
• Outstanding communicator with excellent English written grammar, acute attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability and flexibility are required.
• Comfort in a hybrid role supporting many components of OCM in the Program
• Ability to be innovative, and initiate, lead, and manage change (Change Management)
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
• Very strong computer skills (MS Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
