Job Title: Wind Service HSE CoordinatorCountry: APAC Start Date: ASAPDuration: 6-12 months dependant on project Job Description.Performs Daily morning safety meetings (toolbox talks) with wind subcontractors on siteSets up and conducts site safety inductions for all new workers on siteAssists wind site management with all HSE scopeGenerates and archives safety documents following regulations of wind projectsPerforms daily observations and safety walksConducts wind field audits on sub-contractors during their activities (erection and lifting crews for example)Manages wind Contractor / subcontractor on HSE topics, including mobilization / demobilization, pre-qualification requirements and post-work assessmentConducts site incident investigations: root cause analysis, action plan.Represents wind Client at weekly project safety meetings and joint safety committee meetingsCompletes Construction site inspection form, using Client IT toolsCompletes wind HSE weekly project report and submits to HSE management and site managementUses Client IT tools to report HSE data from sitePerforms Jobsite hazards assessment / analysis / solutions, risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysisDevelops / improves processes and procedures, including comprehensive EH&S plansRepresents Client for customers or the administration for all HSE questions and requirementsMandatory training requirements.Wind GWO training package (work at heights, firefighting, first aid and ergonomics)Valid driver's license and a vehicle availableProven expertise in jobsite hazard assessment / analysis / solution, risk assessments, incident investigation and root cause analysisExperience in conducting wind inspections and auditsEnglish speaking (writing and speaking level)Minimum of 3 years of experience in wind energy, industrial or civil construction
