Contract: Billing Specialist / Leduc

The highly valued Oil and Gas Services Client is seeking to add a junior – intermediate Billing Specialist to their team. This is a 1-year contract located outside of Edmonton, in Leduc, AB.
 
Overview of Duties:
 
-Monitor and reconcile job tickets to field and maintain SAP job data.
-Prepare customer invoices efficiently and enter them correctly into the system.
-Excellent communication skills. Ability to organize, multi-task and strong attention to detail.
-Verify information, maintain files and assist in the preparation of reports.
-Build internal relationships and oversee day-to-day operations. 
-Professional oral and written communications.
-Knowledge of product lines and services.  
-Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
-Ability to organize and prioritize and pay strong attention to detail.
-Adequate analytical skills.
-Work well in a firm deadline environment.
-Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
-Strong computer skills are a must.
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, SAP, Word, and PowerPoint are considered an asset.
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Post Secondary Diploma preferred
-1+ year experience in accounting or finance
-Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
