Job Title: Project Coordinator (Junior)
Location: Calgary, AB
Contract Length: 1 year
Schedule: Mon-Fri

Summary:

The Facilities Project Coordinator supports overall effective and safe day-to-day operations within tenant space. Typical duties include coordinating tenant service requests, weekly hire/term/move space changes, space reconfigurations, furniture management and field site support, in addition to assisting Project Managers with facilities capital projects.

 

Responsibilities:

• Weekly office space move/adds/changes
• Assist Facilities PM with layouts, floor plan management, scheduling tasks with furniture vendors, completing preoccupancy and project move activities (office/workstation signage, evac plans, floor wayfinding, etc.) and provide post move support
• Reconfiguration planning/execution
• Meet with business unit to determine business requirements, create AutoCAD layouts, update floor plans, request quotes, provide budgets, coordinate/schedule external construction, furniture & engineering vendors

 

Qualifications:

o Education (Technical Diploma or Certificate required, Degree is an asset but not required)

o No experience required (junior role, 0-4 years)
