About the role: 

Working alongside & leading a team of 25 talented people your role is to ensure site and earning targets are achieved if not exceeded, whilst continually striving for business improvement's in the process. 


About you: 

• Current or recent experience in a General Management role within a residential builder
• Ability to demonstrate your continuous business improvement skills in such role. 
• A proactive leader one who is not afraid of change. 
• Great listening skills with high emotional intelligence. 
• Passion for the residential building industry!
