Description:
The Administrative Clerk will provide a positive impression to guests and callers to the corporate office by interacting in a professional, courteous, friendly and customer service-oriented manner. The position includes receiving, signing for, accounting for, and delivery of items efficiently and accurately within the company's complex.
Key Duties:
• Greet, announce and direct all guests
• Answer switchboard and route calls to appropriate employee or department
• Deliver office supplies within complex
• Perform mail clerk duties as necessary
• Operate postage meter equipment and folding / inserting machine
• Deliver and pickup mail to floors
• Process outgoing first-class mail, overnight mail, and ground packages
• Assist with bulk mail outs
• Interacts with all levels of employees fulfilling corporate, business, and personal mail service requests
