Operation Purchaser (fluent English and German)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure On time Delivery for one or several projects in execution by doing order execution and purchase order follow up until delivery at manufacturer/customer site.
  • Prepare and follow up process improvement plan for one or several vendors to improve KPI (On time delivery / Automated invoices / SAP data cleaning)
  • Identify as early as possible risk of delay from supplier by doing preventive and regular check.
  • Take care of day-to-day contact towards supplier for commercial activities related to purchasing to establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Create and negotiate claim towards suppliers
  • Support Strategic purchaser on continuous supplier development.
  • Participate in development of tools and processes needed for Supply Management
  • Issue Purchase Orders, Handle Goods Receipt and supplier invoices in compliance to Supply Management processes/procedures, strategies and agreements.
  • Support in inbound deliveries when needed.
  • Secure the on time procurement of all Spares part of project.
 
Requirements:
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
  • MSc or BSc in Economics or Engineering
  • Proven track record in international environment
  • Solid supply chain knowledge
  • Problem Solving and decision making oriented.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English,
  • Fluent written and spoken business German,
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Strong personal drive used to take own initiatives and be proactive
  • Strong experience in SAP & Office IT Tool is mandatory
  • Strong Analytics Skills
