Warehouse Coordinator
6 Month Contract – Great Yarmouth
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Supply Chain Department based in Great Yarmouth. This onshore based role will serve as part of a small team, as part of the Warehouse and Supply Chain Management function.
The Warehouse Co-ordinator will be expected to perform all activities involving GRN of Purchase orders using SAP & MacMain at Bordeaux Warehouse. You will be responsible for packing and unpacking of CCU’s (Cargo Carrying Units) for offshore and return to the beach. You will also coordinate the materials for shipment offshore and returns from offshore, these include but not limited to, completing loadlist, discharge list & SAP/MacMain Manifest.
This is a full-time role based at our warehouse in Great Yarmouth working 8 hour days, Monday – Friday, you maybe be required on call for evening and weekends.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Checking items received conform to Perenco instructions issued by approved Purchase Order
• Checking items received are as ordered, the correct quantity, weight and serviceability
• Checking items received conform to packing requirements set out in company guidelines and standards
• Insuring items are correctly receipted into MacMain within 24 Hours of delivery
• Ensure Safety Data Sheets and Dangerous Goods Paperwork accompanies the goods
• Pack CCU’s IAW company standards
• Unloading and Loading of HGV with CCU’s
• Building loadlist in line with material requirements offshore
• Maintaining Cargo Discharge list from offshore
• Complete final Quality Assurance checks prior to CCU’s being shipped
• Complete transport request for materials to reach vendor/ other sites in the business
• Good housekeeping skills also to keep yard tidy and free of rubbish
• Any additional duty deemed necessary by Warehouse Manager
Qualifications / Experience / Personal Attributes
• Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across Microsoft suite, specifically Word
• Solutions based with strong planning, organising and numeric skills, and an excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Full clean driving licence
• Forklift Licence
• Dangerous Goods via Road, Sea & Air trained
