This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Surveyor to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established Surveying company located in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 20 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Construction Surveyor to oversee day-to-day operations on a full time basis on new and ongoing developments.

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Manage workflow outputs to meet budget and project requirements
• Regulate project review meetings and liaise with the project coordinator
• Liaise with engineers, local authorities, and stakeholders to obtain information relevant to project completion
• Advise clients of accurate timeframes for completion of project milestones and anticipate submission requirements

Experience/Skills required:

• Degree qualification in Surveying
• Extensive technical and field-based experience
• Proficient with Lieca equipment and 12D field
