Site Manager / Australia

Site Manager | High-End Residential | $120K - $150K + Fully Maintained Vehicle 

Join a leading high-end residential builder on the Northern Beaches that specialise in quality residential design, construction, and landscapes. Work on projects ranging from renovations & extensions to new build architecturally designed homes valued at $10M+


The role:

• North Shore and Northern Beaches-based projects
• Programming & scheduling of work
• Manage all day-to-day operations and arrange contractors
• Maintaining a high level of detail and quality control
• Manage jobs from excavation to handover
• Lead by example and motivate staff on site
• Resolve any problems on-site, dealing directly with the client
• Work on new build homes, renovations, and extensions

  
The requirements:

• Trade qualification in carpentry/building is essential
• At least 5 years of experience in a Site Foreman/Management role
• Previous experience building high-end residential projects valued at $1M+ is essential
• Be able to understand & interpret architectural plans and drawings
• Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
• Proven experience mentoring and managing a crew on site
• Be computer literate with a good understanding of outlook, excel, word, etc.
