The client is currently seeking a Property Project Manager to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving post acquisition integration activities through the identification and design of an effective property portfolio and function for the combined enterprise, adopting a best of breed approach to deliver optimal business outcomes and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope and execute key property deliverables / synergies for the combined enterprise, including;
  • Strategic review of portfolio and function, in conjunction with management,
  • Site review and analysis, delivering optimal utilisation and commercial outcomes,
  • Plan, manage, and execute major property related projects, e.g. site mobilisation and demobilisation activities, site re-positioning, etc..., per the overall Integration Plan,
  • Manage property projects commensurate with set budgets and ensuring timely delivery of projects.  Ensure all work achieves full compliance with agreement for lease, tenancy fitout guide, site rules, etc,
  • Engage and work with a diverse range of key stakeholders and manage their expectations to deliver agreed project outcomes.,
  • Working closely with function Managers, develop / refine asset management processes, systems etc
  • Monitor and control progress, including taking corrective action to ensure delivery of business outcomes and benefits within agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality
About You

To be successful for this role, you have:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading a Property function, with demonstrated project management and business analysis experience with capacity to identify improvement opportunities & lead performance-based change initiatives
  • Experience and understanding in property management functions
  • Excellent management / organisational skills
  • Agile, adaptive to a dynamic environment, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proven ability to make balanced judgments using imperfect information.
  • Strong leadership.  Positive, can-do attitude.  Aptitude to positively influence others.
  • Proactive nature, inquisitive mind, and continuous improvement disposition.
  • Ability to work in a team with focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.  Foster ethos of positive business partnership.  
  • Experience and understanding in business commercials / financials.
  • Advanced in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
