The international client located in the Delft region is an industry leader in inspection and integrity services for all gas and liquid pipelines in every known environment and operating condition. They help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency, and maximize throughput.
As an ILI Sales Account Manager, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager – Europe, Africa, Caspian region and service an existing client base. You will identify new markets and customers from assigned geographical regions. Product portfolio will include all of the clients Inspection and Integrity products.
As Pipeline inspection Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and growing key business accounts across Europe with a primary focus on Benelux, Scandinavia & North Africa using technical and commercial expertise.
- Identifying and targeting new accounts using network of contacts along with market research and meeting or exceeding annual orders target.
- Reporting and forecasting orders accurately to allow the business to prepare accordingly.
- Applying Key Account Management processes to accounts to expand market share and ensure maximum value for customers.
- Leading a cross-functional account team to produce, maintain and share account plans for key customers.
- Preparing and submitting considered bids that offer innovative solutions to customers whilst protecting the business and ensuring profitability.
- Managing and ensuring satisfactory resolution of customer feedback.
- Promoting and presenting the business at international conferences and events.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Ideally, you have a degree in engineering discipline or similar with work experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Services Industry.
- Have a strong interest in Sales and/or Proposal in Oil & Gas industry
- Have relevant pipeline In-Line inspection technical and/or sales knowledge
- Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong language skills are an advantage (Dutch, French, Spanish, English)
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels within customer organization as well as the clients.
- Show the ability to work in a matrix organisation and work effectively in a team.
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and deliver
