Contract: RA Metrology Registration Lead / Atyrau

Location: Atyrau 5/2

Experienced RA Metrology Lead-Registration is required for timely registration of measuring devices, advise on metrology issues. Plan, organize and implement processes for metrology certification. Monitor and track progress and status of Project metrology certification made by Metrology Certification Contractor and suppliers, identify gaps, and provide specialist advice in the field of metrology certification. Review and supervision of work undertaken by Metrology Certification Contractor. Coordinate with Metrology Certification Contractor and Interfacing with Expediting, Buyers, Engineering, and suppliers to expedite required documentation
Excellent knowledge of Metrology Certification procedures in RoK to fulfil a senior metrology role. Extensive experience in entering measuring devices into RoK State Register. Able to keep up to date with Regulatory Requirements applicable to scope of services. Skills in providing consultancy service related to RoK legislative requirements. Good level of Kazakh, Russian, & especially English languages. Self-directed. Flexible - willing to take on a wide variety of regulatory / permitting related tasks. Comfortable with multitasking in a fluid work environment.  Strong team player. Good communication skills.
3 years of RoK Metrology Registration background;
Good knowledge in Instrumentation, Ability to interpret Instrumentation diagrams, PIDs, Instrument Data Sheets. RoK metrology certificates
