Job description
The client is looking for an experienced foreman to join their growing business and work on the construction, renovation and alteration of residential homes. With over 15 years industry experience they have developed a reputation across Sydney for their exceptional quality of work and level of service.

They are now looking for a working Foreman with experience working on High End Residential Homes. You will be responsible for site management looking after day to day activities, scheduling of works, quality of workmanship and management and delivery of time frames. 

To be considered for the position you will require:

• Previous experience supervising high-end residential projects
• A trade background in Carpentry with own tools 
• An eye for detail and quality work
• Certificate IV in building would be an advantage
• Good leadership skills with the ability to run projects smoothly and seamlessly
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
