Responsibilities
- The key responsibilities for this role are: operation & maintenance services, coordination of the work of the team providing maintenance services, reporting and analysis of process effectiveness results
- Coordination and overseeing of servicing, maintenance, repair and inspection of photovoltaic installations complete configuration of the monitoring system at the customer's site, spare parts management, replacement of damaged elements
- Cooperation with clients starts by determining the detailed scope of work, requirements, clarifying the provisions of the contract - you will have support from professional technical staff from HQ - designers, service engineers, etc.
- Communication and reporting to clients of the status of performed works and their results
- Responsibility for reporting the results of energy production and the productivity of individual solar farms;
- Organizing meetings with external clients: from kick off, through regular status meetings with the client
- You will work closely with the Management Board, Technical Director, and key representatives of Investors and companies' assets management
- Implementation of projects to increase customer satisfaction and improve the quality of our services - e.g. implementation of new services, process automation, etc.
- Higher technical education, e.g. electrical engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in working in a similar field and position – large scale PV or wind farms technical services, coordination of projects, processes, client service
- Certification to perform electrical works and measurements for Medium Voltage would be a plus
- Advanced written and spoken English (analysis of contracts in English, preparation of presentations, communication "on daily basis")and advanced written and spoken Portuguese
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel - basic functions (without VBA), pivot tables, efficient and professional analyses for the management board
- Ability to establish and maintain very good relationships with clients
- Proactivity and independence in action, optimism and "YES" attitude

- Currently we are managing assets of over 400 MW and at the same time as R.Power Group we are preparing projects of over 6500 MW in Poland and EU
