Contract: Procurement Coordinator / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

•    Education in relevant field Trade School / College 
•    Diploma or higher in Business or supply chain management is desirable
•    At least 6-10 years of experience in Procurement roles related to the Oil & Gas industry. 
•    Technical/major capital project experience desirable.
•    English (level 3+ and higher) – Kazakh and/or Russian is highly desirable
•    Previous experience with supply chain / materials management software applications. Proficient with most Microsoft Office based applications and shared document management systems.
•    Experience working in procurement
•    Experience with major international EPC contractors
•    Proficiency in Material Management Systems including material allocation/reservation systems/processes.
•    Strong written/verbal communication skills.  
•    Previous experience working in a 'manage by influence' environment with significant internal/external interfaces.
•    Good organization, communication and listening skills 
•    Confidence in dealing with people and working in large teams 
•    Strong data analysis, spreadsheet and reporting skills.  
•    Knowledge of materials management software applications 
•    A commitment to continuous professional development
•    Use feedback for improvement of own performance 
•    Facilitate teamwork by setting an example (behavior, communication)
•    Write and speak in clear and persuasive manner, using corresponding arguments, style and language
