Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following:
• Interrogate monthly Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) data for trends; work with corresponding teams to ID potential actions
• Steward SSHE Spotfire dashboard including any updates or improvements and QC of data for the Permian Business Unit
• Prepare monthly SSHE reports, including coordination of data collection and consolidation into quad panel type visualizations
• Assist in emissions reporting, forecasting, and planning activities
• Develop tools to track goals toward net zero and develop subsequent necessary recovery plans
• Review spill data (root causes, locations, equipment types, human performance impacts, etc.) and analyze potential with Environmental team and operations for clear improvement actions
• Assist in data review of flare reporting to TX and NM regulatory agencies; identify trends and bad actor locations, then provide recommendations for emissions reduction o Leverage alternative tools (e.g. Spotfire dashboards, SCADA systems) to validate field emissions reporting (volumes, reasons, time)
• Coordinate SSHE audit activities; coordinate SSHE-related field tours from visitors
• Lead development of Permian BU staffing plan for annual planning cycle
• Coordinate with BTC (India-based engineering team) or develop in-house other tools to facilitate tracking of regulatory metrics (e.g. assist LDAR group, permit compliance, production accounting compliance, etc.)
