To act on behalf of Engineering & Construction (E&C) Division with COMPANY Contract & Procurement (C&P) division.
? Produce contractual documents according to COMPANY procedures and ethics.
? Provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contract management service to E&C projects.
? Support E&C projects in all activities regarding the preparation and management of contracting process (LLI, EPCIC contract, clarification phase, evaluation and negotiation phase and recommendation), and the post-award contractual and commercial administration of EPCIC contracts.
? Support pre-qualification process of EPCIC bidders and other potential contractors.
? Coordination of the LLI services in interface with NOC C&P Division.
? In charge of all the contractual communications with FEED / EPCIC CONTRACTOR / ENGINEER and Fabrication contractors to ensure efficient CONTRACT and claim management.
? Responsible for supervising and controlling the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and monitoring of contracts that involve performance of Work and the acquisition of goods and/or services.
? Administer E&C contracts in relation with ENGINEER / EPCIC CONTRACTOR and his potential subcontractors and Fabrication contractors with regard to the execution of the Work.
? Perform any other contractual activities related to other subcontractors and/or vendors involved in the Project.
? Interact with the various E&C team members in order to be familiar with the Project development and thus be able to provide all the necessary contractual advice and strategies to protect COMPANY's interests.
? Observe and shall impose strict confidentiality with regard to the Contractual and Commercial documentation managed.
? Accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements and for implementing HSE requirements in the contracts he/she is in charge of. He/she is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regards to the COMPANY Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy.

Engineering background with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in O&G installations related to engineering and construction contracts and administration.
Good knowledge of the industrial context, contract practice and Oil & Gas operations in general.
Management of change orders, assessment, negotiation and settlement of claims.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, GEP SMART and SAP software.
Good sense of contact and communication.
Fluent in English.
