Pre Start Consultant / Australia

The Company:

One of Perth's leading home builders are seeking a motivated Pre start consultant to join their established team. If you have a client first approach and are looking to progress your career with a company you will be proud to represent in the market, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! 

The company is huge advocate for continuous improvement and has invested heavily in their brand over the last 12 months including - New office & refit, Full rebrand and relaunch and are in the process of building their dedicated state of the art pre-start room.

The Opportunity:
  
You will be working closely with the Pre Start Manager, and will be managing a portfolio of clients maintaining relationships and providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their materials and colour selections, aswell as updating addenda.

This role is a separate function to Client Liaison & Contracts Admin.


About You:
  
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in a pre start consultant role for a residential builder
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail 
• Organisation and time management skills to manage workflow
• A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work
