Ideally qualified to HND.
10 years relevant Oil and Gas industry experience.
Very strong knowledge & understanding of various HVAC systems and technologies.
Experience with HVAC related mechanical fixed equipment and the creation of commissioning test procedures related to the equipment/systems Hands-on commissioning experience for relative discipline scopes.
Must be a self-motivated individual who is capable of coaching and mentoring team members in the technical aspects of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up assistance.
Ability to demonstrate role model behaviors and be comfortable working closely with peers and senior leadership across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to identify and build key relationships that contribute to high-class business results Possess “expert” knowledge of the transition processes from construction through to pre-commissioning/commissioning and handover to client (systems completion) from project to stable operation of a large-scale facility
Additional experience of working with and leading a diverse multi-cultural team preferred, but not essential.
