Day to responsibilities of the Assistant Strata Manager:
- Implement and promote initiatives aimed at enhancing company culture and values
- Attending to Levy Enquiries including follow up on unpaid levies.
- Attending to Notice Enquiries from owners and agents.
- Preparing / printing documents for meetings.
- Preparing Notice and minutes of Meetings
- Scheduling Strata Managers meetings
- Attending client meetings where required
- Support task as required by the Strata Manager from time to time
- Accounts enquires
- Term Deposit Renewals
- Issuing Works Orders and Quotes request
- Following up Maintenance
- Liaising with Building Managers
