Administrative Assistant | Engineering / Australia

About the Role
The client is an Engineering Solutions company providing services across surveying, architecture, planning & the digital space.  They are looking for a part time administrator to join their busy team in this period of growth, assisting the Office Manager across the below functions.

• General customer service - emails & phone
• Build and maintain effective relationships
• Data entry into XERO, such as purchase orders, invoices, setting up new clients
• Project administration & coordination 
• General office upkeep such as stationery, catering, events
• Assisting the wider drafting & surveying teams on an adhoc basis 

  
About You

• 1-2 years experience within a similar role is required 
• Highly computer literate, particularly strong with MS Excel & XERO
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task prioritise time 

  
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package up to $70k + superannuation, pro-rata across a flexible working week.
