The Role
The Systems and Safety Assurance Engineer includes works associated with systems engineering, requirements engineering, safety assurance and RAMS and will be focuses on rail but with opportunities to work across other projects within the infrastructure/buildings. maritime and roads sectors.
You will report to the SESA team leader and be involved in:

The Role
The Systems and Safety Assurance Engineer includes works associated with systems engineering, requirements engineering, safety assurance and RAMS and will be focuses on rail but with opportunities to work across other projects within the infrastructure/buildings. maritime and roads sectors.
You will report to the SESA team leader and be involved in:
- Producing work associated with systems engineering, requirements engineering, system integration, RAM, interface management, safety assurance and compilation and presentation of safety cases.
- You will utilise software packages such as; DOORS (Classic and Next Gen), Adelard Safety Case Editor, Reliability Work-Bench and Enterprise Architect.
- Demonstration and appreciation of the AEO requirements as defined by the ASA and delivered to TfNSW.
- Degree in a relevant engineering field;
- An understanding of the application of Systems/Safety Assurance application to rail projects.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments;
- Effective written communication and report writing skills.
