Contract: Documentation Analyst / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

Education: Higher (education in Oil and Gas industry is preferable)
Work experience: Not less than 1-2 years of experience in analogous position. Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English language
Advanced User of Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, electronic documentation management system (EDMS). Share Point user. General understanding of intelligent systems for engineering data storage and processing, like SPI, SPEL, Smart P&ID etc.. 
Performs activities related to checking, acceptance and distribution of engineering documentation received from company and external contracting companies.                                                      
Must be familiar with:
• RoK legislative acts
• General principles of managing engineering and project documentation               
• Knowledge of MS Office package                                                                         
• Business correspondence
• Basic rules of business etiquette in dealing with customers
