Qualification requirements for this position: Higher professional (technical) education Experience in working with electrical equipment of technological installations or pipelines for at least 3 years Kazakh, Russian. The level of English proficiency according to the scale accepted in company is 1 level or higher. Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), E1/Ariba (search and order materials, processing maintenance requests).
Functions and Job Responsibilities
1. Implements and maintains safety measures to achieve zero lost time and medical incidents for the company and contractors.
Ensures systematic compliance with the rules of Production Optimization, HSE, reliability and efficiency of operations to achieve world-class indicators, thus fulfilling the strategic objectives of company production optimization. Participates in the safe behavior program by filling out at least 1 observation sheet per month. Carries out audits of work permits, at least 1 per month.
Participates in the investigation of accidents and in the development of measures to prevent them.
Ensures the storage of all necessary documentation required according to the list of regulatory authorities.
Implements work using ITB-118.
Participates in the development of a list of works on the electrical equipment of the plant together with representatives of the operation of electrical systems. Together with the planning coordinators, he draws up repair work schedules, optimizes schedules and is responsible for their implementation.
 Checks, approves work packages for the electrical part.
Organizes and participates in critical work meetings, identification of risks and solutions to avoid them.
Prepares instructions for contractors.
Selects qualified human resources, materials and equipment necessary to perform electrical work.
Provides control over the availability of necessary permits / certificates from contractors.
Together with the coordinators of the CG of general disciplines, it ensures the organization of the mobilization of contractors, equipment, materials and special equipment to the site.
Prepares containers, offices for the CR department on the site during the overhaul - provides electricity.
Ensures the execution of work in accordance with the developed schedule, subject to the requirements for the safe conduct of work and estimates determined for these purposes.
Controls the safe conduct of repair work by subordinate employees of contractors.

Maintains communication with the material supply group, issues purchase orders. Provides control over the delivery of materials and spare parts from the manufacturer to company warehouses.
 Working in the E1 system, it processes requests for maintenance, changing statuses, entering repair history.
 Follows standard unified processes across the department, such as issuing instructions to the contractor, changing the scope of work.
Ensures complete and high-quality transfer of information to the shifter, coordination of interaction between the departments of operation, maintenance, engineering design, reliability, technologists and contractors
 Collects information on lessons learned. Participates in meetings to discuss them. Selects the most significant lessons learned. Carries out the development of measures to improve the planning process.
Works to provide reports of completed work, highlighting critical points for weekly team staff meetings.
