Contract: QC FRB CRB Clerk / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

To cooperate with Business Partner in FRB, CRB, TOD & Generic Dossier compilation: to discuss and make a co-operative decision regarding Index, QVD checkpoints etc.
Interface with Project and Construction Engineering: as built red line mark Drawings; Technical exception; RIMs, TCO & KPJV specifications 
Interface with FGP RA; Technical supervision and Authorship supervision teams: RoK requirements: Standards; SNiPs/VSN etc.
Interface with FGP PDDM and DCC via computer programs:
COREWORX, EB
Working knowledge of computer Microsoft Office, SWIFT, Core Worx
Working knowledge of SC portal SCMT Tool, data base MC Plus
Knowledge of updated priorities based on Project Milestones
Able to work as an interactive member of a multi-cultural team.
Working in teambuilding, highlight a problem and find solution
Assist in providing updated information regarding Quality Documentation and requirements
Following as per company rules and requirements (safety tools / quality & etc.)
Report progress, performance, initiatives, issues, and challenges to FRB CRB Senior Clerk / QC DM Lead;
Cooperation and support Contractor with preparation Handover deliverables, including Fabrication Record Book (FRB), Construction Record Book (CRB), Generic Dossiers, Turnover Dossiers (TOD) and other necessary quality documentations.  
Issue Comments sheet log  
Read, understand, and communicate projects ’s codes and standards, drawing, specifications, procedures, Inspection Test Plans and contract documentation.
Perform other Quality function as necessary
Tracking all   documentations in FRB by FRB Master Tracking. 
Identification of missing documentation.
Coordinate planning for preparation and handover of FRB 
Attendances in the FRBs meeting, highlighted a problem and find solution
