Site Supervisor | Residential Builder| Experienced or Junior / Australia

The Company:

A family owned business going from strength to strength in VIC. Renowned for their quality workmanship, they deliver a variety of large scale projects in residential new homes. Due to natural growth off the back of a successful year, they are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their business looking after a long term site in Geelong. They run a cadet program for juniors, so this opportunity will also consider trade applications. 

The Job: 

Reporting to a supportive Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and managing trades and sub-contractors on site 
• Coordination of supplies and materials to be delivered
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget 
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S legislation
• Liaising with clients
• Quality checking on jobs 

About You
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2+ years experience as a Site Supervisor on residential homes or trade background or tertiary qualification
• Strong Organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines. 
• A strong customer service skill set.
