Contract Manager - Solar - Germany

Client profile: successfully developing and implementing renewable energy projects. This is across project development, financing, construction, operational management and maintenance of wind and solar farms, battery, and hydrogen projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) and contracts for solar projects (EPC and separate works packages)
• Develop, standardise, and maintain process and documentation for contract administration
• Prepare, align, and measure Bill of Quantities for quantifying payments in project execution
• Support Project Managers in RFP and evaluation processes
• Support project management in site contract administration
• Manage and execute contractual claims and notifications related to project contracts
• Facilitate effective coordination of contract inputs from multiple departments

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering Management or similar
• Experience in preparing request for proposals and contracts
• Experience in managing contracts during EPC construction
• FIDIC coursework certification
• Competence in Excel, Word, and other tools for administrating contracts
• Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills; further language skills will be an advantage
• Proactive, methodical and team approach to working
• Ability to travel to sites as and when required

Location: Wiesbaden - Germany

Salary Package: 50,000 to 70,000 euros per annum
