We are currently recruiting for a Mobilation Coordinator to join them for an initial 6-month contract in Perth. The mobilisation Coordinator is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of the End to End (E2E) People Movement Process from onshore to offshore. This includes all elements of roster, fixed wing, helicopter and accommodation management.
Hours: 8 Hour Day
Length of Contract: 6 months
Rate per day: Approximately $400 - $500 per day inclusive of super
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of the Master Project Roster – this includes roster changes, personnel allocations as per the approved POB Management guidelines, periodic reviews of roster to ensure data quality, issuing of reporting as per business requirements
- Management of Fixed Wing & Accommodation Booking Process – ensure that bookings are made as per the contractual windows to maximise value to the business, and ensuring ongoing review and optimisation
- Management of Helicopter Flights – ensure helicopter flights are executed as per the schedule. Manage changes on the day due to unplanned situations (e.g. aircraft unavailability, payload availability, weather)
- Super User for People Movement related IT Tools (e.g. VantagePOB)
Special Challenges:
- The Mobilation Coordinator is an operational role which requires working out of office hours on a regular basis (including weekends)
- Managing URGENT requests and changes to planned schedules to accommodate operations requirements can be quite challenging and stressful considering that there is only a level of direct control or influence that is available to the incumbent, stakeholder engagement skills are a necessity.
- Managing relationships & expectations of a diverse stakeholder group in distributed head office and offshore facility context
