Contracts Administrators| Residential Builder / Australia

The Company: 

This Residential Home Builder have been trading for almost a decade and have been building over 100 homes across medium density and dethatched housing. Based in Melbourne's inner suburbs they have a high focus on their local reputation for customer service and quality. They are flexible with their clients making changes to their standard designs to give them a personalised feel.

You will be joining a team of 8 within a wider organization they are now looking for a Contract Administrator to take the client from sale ready to site. This will be inclusive of creating a HIA contract ensuring compliance and pre site requirements.  

About You:

• You must have worked in a contract administration role for a builder across pre site and or on site.  
• HIA contract expereince
• High level of customer service and presentation.
