As one of North America's largest builders of heavy civil infrastructure this national GC offers their teams the chance to work on some of the most technically challenging projects in the US.

In this case the opportunity is for a Traffic/MOT Superintendent to join a high-profile highway/tunnel project in Virginia and help to oversee roadside operations.

Coming with at least 5 years in a Super's role you'll have a background working on live traffic/highway projects and be comfortable running crews of direct labor and operators. Working under a well experienced MOT Manager you'll have a hand in the planning of traffic changes on the project and be fully responsible for implementing and verifying the phasing and successful completion of lane closures, detours and road shutdowns.

A strong commitment to a safety-first approach is needed and anyone with a Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) cert or specific MOT qualifications will be highly regarded.

Starting on site immediately this role is based in Norfolk, VA and will run through to the end of 2025. Paying up to $140K base plus industry leading benefits and vehicle, a relocation package/living allowance is also available for anyone keen to move to the area.
