The Company:
An established residential builder in the renovations and developments space, with nearly 50 years of trading history, are seeking to add an Estimator to their pre-construction team.
This role will see you working on projects from $250k - $1.5m across Metro Perth, with no 2 projects the same. If you're sick to death of working across Project Homes, then this role could suit you.
The Role:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

This role would suit somebody who enjoys estimating but is looking to work in a "family-feel" environment where they can see opportunity for growth and feel supported. A salary ranging from $70-85K + super (depending on experience), with onsite parking included. The company will also consider Part Time hours for the right candidate.

The Role:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
- Providing estimates for all stages of the design process
- Ad hoc pricing for upgrades
- Estimating product and material selections
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company specifications
- Resolving issues and queries in the enquiry stage with sales consultants
- Ability to realistically advise on budget issues
- Working with the sales team to improve sales conversion rates
- Estimates for variations, sketches and contracts
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years experience working as an Estimator for a residential home builder
- Understanding of different construction methods (double brick, timber frame etc)
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
