Join to the team of specialist in the company with act as a market leader on the project development, financing, construction, operational management and maintenance of wind and solar farms, battery, and hydrogen projects worldwide.

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Identify bank and customers for the projects and negotiate competitive term sheets
• Negotiate contracts for the respective financing (debt and equity) with banks and investors
• Create business opportunities including PPAs
• Support the project development activities of our tam
• Structure portfolios of wind and solar projects
• Support the team in bidding processes
• Work in interdisciplinary and international teams

Qualifications

• An academic degree in Economics/Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience in project finance
• Professional experience in structuring and negotiating and sales contracts
• A sound understanding of working with Cash-Flow-Models
• First experiences with renewable energy projects and/or electricity contracting
• Business fluent in English; German and in particular Polish are of advantage
• Skillful negotiator, work independently, think entrepreneurially and are a team player
