Engineering Manager

The company has partnered with a fast-growing company within the Fintech space that provides financial services for crypto. This role will be based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
• Break down large projects into intermediate goals and milestones that deliver value incrementally.
• Researching and developing designs and products.
• Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
• Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
• Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
• Determining the need for training and talent development.
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, educational background or work experience related to tech and/or finance.
• Willingness to take end to end ownership and being accountable for the success of the project
• Proven experience in leading development teams
• Work experience in a startup environment would be strongly preferred
• Scrum master certification
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Experience and/or knowledge in crypto would be strongly preferred
