Purpose:
As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, provide streamlined and seamless resourcing experience and process. Support the seamless process of searching and selecting talent and perform that administrative tasks required to support the Talent Acquisition process in a timely manner.

Purpose:
As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, provide streamlined and seamless resourcing experience and process. Support the seamless process of searching and selecting talent and perform that administrative tasks required to support the Talent Acquisition process in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Manage candidate questions and work with Talent Acquisition team to provide regular updates
- Manage centralised queries from the Talent Acquisition inbox, providing responses or escalating as required
- Manage campaign planning comms and timings for team, set up communications lists for internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and candidates – ensuring accuracy of data
Sourcing:
- Support accurate collection of data in the Recruitment Requisition in Success Factors if required
- Set up job brief meetings and be in contact with recruiting line manager / Skillpool manager
- Posting adverts to job boards
- Data capturing and management (throughout resourcing process)
- Internal expressions of interest – preparing and posting information
Screening:
- Contact with the candidate to set up interview
- Booking all interviews (incl. all rooms and materials) and managing communications / keeping updated / diary management
- Interview preparation, including candidate questions, collating interview guides /questions & managing data relating to interviews conducted
- Manage all logistics of campaigns for Assessment Centres (incl. flights /accommodation schedules)
- Updating trackers to record progress
- Set up due diligence / request medical / facilitate psych assessments / all background checks
- Engage with candidates to support them through the DD process to ensure timely start
- Ensure all documents are sighted in compliance with privacy regulations
- Where needed, support video interview and psychometric testing set up
- Regular contact with the candidate(s) to provide updates on progression of DD
- Manage International candidates visits to Perth with Business Area *as required by exception
- Ensure DD is facilitated asap – chase up and manage candidate experience through proactive and regular communications and provide feedback of those becoming delayed
- Updating recruitment trackers to ensure that progress is recorded in a timely manner
Offer and Onboarding:
- Managing candidate data in Success Factors; Ensuring candidates are progressed to correct process flow in Success Factors
- Raise offer approvals with business and proactively contact to encourage efficient approvals
- Manage all onboarding Admin and ensuring any errors with progressing to EC are resolved
- Track paperwork being returned by the candidate and contact candidates to facilitate smooth process
- Collate offers in campaigns to progress to People team
- Send candidates to onboarding in the system and ensure all process steps completed
- Contact point for Karratha Housing for regional roles (non-campaign).
- Support domestic relocation process for Campaign (students)
- Track offer, acceptance, and onboarding for Campaigns in relevant trackers
System:
- Set up of requisitions for campaigns and new roles
- Testing of system changes and identifying issues
- Managing access lists for each Student Campaign and ensuring correct system access
- Ensure system (SuccessFactors) is kept up to date with real-time information on candidates process through the recruitment process
General:
- Providing data and generating reports of team metrics
- Invoicing management and processing Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Ordering of materials such as merchandise
- General Admin support to the team on Talent Acquisition activities are required
- Support induction day planning and bookings required
