I am currently recruiting for a Topsides Modification Manager to be based in France for a leading Oil and Gas Client of ours. 

Job Description:
Will serve as the package manager for the topsides modifications to be implemented on the Lapa FPSO by Modec, for the Lapa South West project.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Modifications of the future riser slot to accommodate the new subsea system
• Tie-in to the gas compression system to feed gas lift to LapaSW subsea system
• Tie-in to FPSO flaring system
• Upgrade of ICSS and Integration with subsea control system of the new subsea hardware The service holder is responsible for all the activities related to the basic engineering studies and then execution of the topsides modifications for the Lapa South West Project. Because the FPSO is currently under a Lease&Operate scheme with Modec, the topsides modifications will be executed following a new execution plan and contractual setup that is to be defined by the topsides manager. The service holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements and for implementing HSE rules within his area of responsibility. 

The role is based in Paris until Project Sanction then transfer to Rio for the entire execution (2 to 3 years)
