Location: Tengiz 28/28
Responsibilities include:
• Crew changes (In/Outbound travel forms, flights, airport pickups/drop-offs, accommodation)
• Submission of Hazard Observation Cards into Halliburton Management system
• TCO trainings enrollment for all FGP Tengiz HB personnel
• Training tracker, control dates of expiry, RoK Protocols & Certificates
• PPE issue + tracker, PPE request form, Logs
• Permanent/Temporary access
• Personal Rotation schedules
Administrative assistant requirements:
• Proven admin or assistant experience
• English - good speaking & writing. Kazakh & Russian.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office (excel, word, outlook etc.)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a related area
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
