Project Manager -  Land Development

A privately owned multi-disciplinary (town planning, environmental planning & design) who work with with major developers, private & international investors are seeking to expand across their offices in both Regional and Metropolitan Victoria.

Join a business that has a strong history of providing civil engineering services on subdivision of land development, marina & harbour estates.

You will join a team that have recently won a strong pipeline of work , from numerous 70 - 300 lot projects up to a large 1000 lot projects.

To be successful you will for the role of Project Manager you will;

• Demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years' experience in Land Development
• Open to a previous design or construction background
• Demonstrate an ability to develop to solve complex technical issues
• Possess strong leadership and project management skills, with the proven ability to deliver Land Development projects
• Impeccable communications skills both written and verbal
• Self-sufficient & Driven

Remuneration is competitive dependent on individual and fit within team;

• $130,000 - $140,000 + super & opportunity for bonus/overtime/annual leave loading
