ArchiCAD Drafter / Australia

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Designer/Draftsperson to join the design department within a home Builder well-known within the NSW housing and development market. 

This role sits within the new, sub-company of a large home Builder. This role will provide great progression and career development as the company will be doubling their home builds next year and into the future. You will initially be the sole Drafter, working alongside the Drafting Manager of this company, while sharing the office with the other company's staff (60+ employees).

The role:

• Drafting new homes using ArchiCAD software
• Drafting da/cc for the new homes 
• Maintaining knowledge of relevant building codes for compliance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code of Australia
• Help improve the quality of design and documentation.

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

• Architectural drafting qualifications
• Experienced working on DA/CC/CDC for new homes 
• DCP, LEP, BCA knowledge 
• Advanced ArchiCAD experience
