Property Analyst & Administration | Commercial Construction / Australia

About the Role

You will be working across;

• Finance Administration tasks such as preparing invoice batches for approval
• Using JOBPAC to set up fees and spend analysis, with an emphasis on reporting
• Project administration such as tracking selling agent fees, retaining records of sales advices, drafting strata plans, car space and storage space allocation across final strata plans
• Arrangement of residential insurances
• Assisting across settlement processes such as sales collections, solicitor and strata manager communications
• Running monthly project costs through Jobpac, preparing cost reports in Estate Master DM Model
• Asset management tasks such as reviewing outgoing budgets and lease reviews, liaising with brokers for commercial insurance matters, reviewing monthly rental costs and incomings, and monthly meetings with prospective Property Managers & Building Managers 

About You
This is a varied and fast-paced role and is not for the faint-hearted, you will be pulled in various directions but possess the ability to thrive within this environment. 
For fulfilment of this role you will possess;

• Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role
• Experience in the construction industry preferred but not essential
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills and adherence to strict confidentiality
• Experience in programmes such as JOBPAC, Estate Master DM Model are a MUST
• A vibrant, resillient and fun personality with a light-hearted nature 
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure

The successful candidate will benefit from a remuneration package upwards of $80k + superannuation.
