Contract: Materials Management Supervisor / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 6/3

Must be familiar with: 
Major Capital Project Procurement, Logistics and Materials Management Policies and Procedures 
Workface Planning Processes and Best Practices
Material allocation/reservation systems/processes 
Materials traceability systems/processes
Materials and Equipment documentation and certification
Resolving OS&D issues
Working in a multi-cultural workplace/project with multi-disciplined teams
Occupational Safety regulations and practices 
Basics of Labor Code 
Basics of Economics
Required skills and experience:
Team supervision including optimum allocation of resources to meet evolving workloads and priorities
Recruitment, interviewing and candidate selection
Evaluation and optimizing management processes in cross functional operations
Managing key stakeholders and being highly effective in driving change within peers and higher management
Utilizing various management data sets to optimize operations and improve process and team management
Experience working in Kazakhstan
Experience working in a Materials Management role in the Oil and Gas industry.
Job Specifications:
Education in relevant field Trade School / College 
Diploma or higher in management, business, materials management or logistics
10+ years in major oil and gas industry capital projects that utilize workface planning and constraint management tools and strategies.
Previous experience with supply chain / materials management software applications and O3 constraint management system and processes.
Proficient with most Microsoft Office based applications and shared document management systems.
